Granted, Rachel Maddow of MSNBC couldn't be happier to report on likely voter fraud in the Republican primaries and caucuses, but this segment does a fine job revealing the nuts and bolts of how party leaders try to adjust the vote totals to favor a preferred candidate. Video starting at 6:05 provides a startlingly simple example:

It isn't that we shouldn't bother to vote due to likely fraud. Instead, we need to pay more attention and take a greater role in the process to expose and ultimately prevent it from happening.
